# Distributing business value

Existing worth and ownership of Old Money is transferred to the collective

The current owners are giving up a share of the future potential in exchange for holding some of the risks of its success.

Here is a list of procedures to exit the founding team to decentralize the risk and reward.

* Distribute a significant portion of the MOOMA Bill NFTs to the Founders, with the rest going to the Treasury
* Existing $ADA and USDC owned by the MOOMA are allocated to Founders
* Transfer ownership of all existing and future royalties from Founders to the Fuckery Protocol
* Turn over specific Old Money IP from Founders to the DAO
* Building what's required for smart-contract functionality of $MFER, MFER Dapp, and Governance tooling for the Mfer DAO without profit
* Creating MFER NFTs and Stake Pool NFTs whose entire revenue goes to the Fuckery Protocol
* Shift the revenue from general physical merchandise from Founders to the DAO
