# Path to $MFER

We're working on a more concrete timeline as we iterate and mature the execution plan.

Split into phases with concrete milestones, we can all follow along with the progress and contribute to the rollout of $MFER.

Until then, here is a list of tasks in no particular order.

1. Iterate until we're satisfied with the entire $MFER strategy
2. Massage into the precise legal framework with the legal team
3. Gain general positive sentiment with the $MFER plan with existing community
4. Properly execute the MXBill mint and blow the minds of the NFT world
5. Execute the plan to create the long-lasting Fuckery Protocol

2. Clean up and open-source the current API
3. Rehost the website front-end owned by the DAO
4. Rehost the API/database owned by the DAO
5. Document all current expenses that transfer to DAO
6. Explicitly lay out the breakdown of the ownership of the IP
7. Eliminate any outstanding debt the business has
8. Establish a means of having a credit card owned by the DAO
9. Any assets of existing NFTs made public to the DAO
10. Create the Burn smart contract function
11. Create the Distribute smart-contract function
12. Create the Exchange smart-contract function
13. Develop the UI for the MFER Dapp
14. Develop the API/database for the MFER Dapp
15. Elect the initial Leaders in each Organization
16. Setup milestones that are public to show progression
17. Audit UI/API of MFER Dapp by an outside party
18. Audit smart-contract function for $MFER by an outside party
19. Establish the Discorse for Proposals and Governance
20. Build Snapshot for Cardano for Executive Votes
21. Find operators of the Stake Pool in a decentralized manner
22. Create, seed, and market Stake Pool to start producing blocks
23. Create MFER iD and allow the community to set Focus and Organization
